Examva is operated by Examva Technologies (Private) Limited (“Examva”, “we”, “us”). These terms cover using Examva — creating an account, reading the notes, and buying Pro. By using Examva you agree to them.

Your account

You need an account to save your progress and read the notes. Keep your login details private — you’re responsible for activity on your account. Let us know straight away if you think someone else has access to it.

Using the notes

Examva’s notes are for your own personal revision. Free-plan note views may be personalised and watermarked to your account; verified Pro note views and Pro PDF downloads are supplied without an account watermark. You may not copy, share, redistribute, resell or publish the notes, or give others access through your account. Doing so may lead to your account being suspended.

Free plan and Pro

• The free plan gives you full access to the first topic in each subject — Biology, Chemistry and Physics — so you can try the notes before you buy.
• Pro is a one-time purchase (currently £29.99) that gives you unlimited access to the notes for 12 months from the date of purchase. It is not a subscription and does not renew automatically — you make a new one-time purchase if you want to continue after 12 months. A time-limited launch offer reduces the price only while the offer and reduced total are shown in Examva’s verified checkout. If an eligible Paddle transaction is securely created before the offer ends, that same pending transaction may be resumed at its verified total; no new discounted transaction can be created after the offer ends.

When Mum/Dad pays for the learner

A learner may create one private, expiring Mum/Dad payment link for the exact Pro plan, course, access period and price they selected. Mum/Dad can review and pay without joining the learner’s Examva account. We do not ask the learner to enter Mum/Dad’s email address or phone number.

Payment gives Pro access only to the learner’s existing Examva account. It does not give the payer access to that account, the notes licence, answers, scores, weak topics or study activity. The payer accepts the terms shown on the private payment page and receives Paddle’s payment record and refund route for that order.

Payments and refunds

Examva Pro is sold through Paddle, our Merchant of Record and authorised reseller. Paddle handles checkout, payment processing, applicable transaction taxes, receipts and payment-related refunds. Examva provides and licenses the Examva product.

You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. See our Refund Policy for how to request one.

If Mum/Dad paid through a private link, the payer can use the support option on the Paddle receipt or the learner can contact Examva with the order reference. Approved refunds return to the original payment method and may end the related Pro access.

Intellectual property

All intellectual-property rights in Examva, including its notes, illustrations, self-assessment content, PDFs and software, are owned by or licensed to Examva. Buying Pro gives you a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use the content for private study. It does not transfer copyright or permit sharing, redistribution, resale or publication.

What we provide

We work hard to keep the notes accurate and aligned to the current AQA GCSE specification, and to keep the service available. Examva is a revision aid to support your studies; it doesn’t guarantee any particular exam result, and we provide the service “as is” without warranties beyond those the law requires.

Acceptable use

Please don’t misuse the service — for example by trying to break its security, scrape or bulk-download the notes, or use it in any unlawful way.

Changes

We may update these terms or the service from time to time. If we make a significant change we’ll take reasonable steps to let you know.
