Refund Policy

Refunds for Examva Plus and Examva Pro are handled by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, under its refund policy.

Examva Plus and Examva Pro

Paddle handles refunds. Paddle is our Merchant of Record, so refunds for Examva Plus and Examva Pro are handled by Paddle under its refund policy and buyer terms. To ask for one, use the link in your Paddle receipt, or contact us and we’ll pass your request on.

What Paddle takes into account.Paddle’s policy gives buyers a 14-day right to withdraw from a purchase. For digital content, that right may not apply once the content has started to be downloaded or used, if the buyer asked for it to start straight away. Refunds outside that right are at Paddle’s discretion.

Cancelling is different from a refund. Cancelling (from your Billing page or a Paddle receipt) stops future payments and keeps your access until the end of the period you paid for.

When a payment is refunded or reversed, your access ends straight away and the plan does not renew.

If you bought Examva Pro as a one-off payment

Examva Pro bought as a one-off payment is 12 months of access. It is not a subscription and does not renew automatically, so there is no future renewal to cancel. The 14-day refund promise made with that purchase still applies to it: within 14 days of the purchase, ask for a full refund with the support option on your Paddle receipt or by emailing support@examva.com with your account email and order reference.

If Mum/Dad paid through a private payment link, the payer can use the support option on the Paddle receipt, and the learner can also contact Examva with the order reference. An approved refund returns to the original payment method and ends the access attached to that purchase.
